Established in 2018, Factory 43 Motorsports LLC aims to provide racers across the Midwest with custom shock packages, complete race car setup services, on-track data acquisition and analysis and chassis and suspension fabrication.

Factory 43 owners Nick and Doug Wojcik grew up around dirt racing in Northern Wisconsin. "Going racing with my family at local tracks sparked a passion to pursue a career in racing for both Nick and myself" stated Doug, who attended Michigan Technological University for a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Meanwhile Nick was attending UNOH in Lima, Ohio for a degree in High Performance Motorsports Technology as well as acting as Crew Chief for a UMP Modified.

"The skills and knowledge that Doug and I have compliment each other very well," said Nick, "Doug is very technical and takes an engineering approach to everything we do where I handle most of the fabrication and mechanical tasks. We can both bounce ideas off of each other and find the best solution to a problem."

Combined, the brothers have experience working in multiple racing series and classes including: stock cars, dirt open wheel modifieds, dirt and asphalt late models, The K&N East Series, and notably the NASCAR Cup Series.

"Nick and I were both fortunate to work in the highest series of stock car racing. In Cup racing you are exposed to the best equipment, mechanics, and engineers in the United States and can learn more about race cars, parts, and setup than anywhere else." The brothers realized that their experiences would allow them to help local racers take their programs to the next level. "That was the birth of Factory 43 Motorsports" said Nick.

F43's first purchase was a CTW shock dyno and soon after an AIM Data Acquisition system. "We aren't trying to be your standard shock builder, we don't want to sell a bunch of shocks that are basically factory parts that are just given a little extra attention" Doug explained, "When we first started looking at what many racers in the Midwest were getting from their builders and talking to them about their experiences we knew we could improve their programs, and more importantly provide great service."

"Our data acquisition service is something that many local racers may not be totally familiar with, and that's okay, we know it only takes one test session for racers to see immediate value in the information we can give them. We can take any driver and make them more consistent just by showing them their lap time instantly in the car and reviewing their inputs and line with them after. Their setup and shock program will take a huge step up as we can show them what setup changes do to every aspect of the car on track." said Nick.
